Ngl, I honestly wish Anakin would not have met Dooku again before Episode 3. I think all the fights they had in the Clone Wars kinda ruined the importance of Anakin's rematch above Coruscant

Cocky, arrogant, brash, inexperienced, emotionally unstable, and fought against a master duelist. No one questioned how Anakin lost against Dooku.

First Dooku actually had more experience than Anakin not to mention Dooku mastered form II and had a personalized curved hilt to best suit it meanwhile Anakin is still inexperienced during this fight not to mention he rushed Dooku without thinking, never rush a sith without thinking up a plan especially if it's Dooku as Dooku has unpredictability on his side

Anakin failed in his task of protecting Padme. He was given orders to stay on Naboo. Perhaps, if he had done that he would not have turned to the dark side.

Sad thing is Dooku wasn't entirely wrong about the Jedi. In some ways Yoda is just as arrogant as Sidious
