I use a emptied Meyer soap bottle with a nozzle. I put just enough salt in the water where I can feel it but not burn. I suck it all the way back, spitting out the rest. I do it once in the morning, once after lunch. I also use a heated wet rag around my eyes. This has been the greatest discovery in my life. I've been doing it for about 30 years now. I can immediately feel better once done, a sudden boost of mental energy. Forget netti pots and those stupid spray bottles from the store, no effect for me. No need to spend the money.
