In today's Zeus Fitness workout a 15 Min Dumbbell Hiit workout. In this edition of this mini series we will be hitting a bicep workout and turning it into a 15 Min Dumbbell HIIT bicep workout

Even with light dumbbells , this will make for one serious burn and pump

Like the previous video we will be starting off with 3 biceps exercises one after the other , 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest and repeating that 4 times

A quick shake out and drink and we then go on to repeat the process with 3 different bicep exercises. All squeezed in in just under 15 minutes

You will pick it up as we go. Something a little different to mix up the dumbbell workout routine

As always start light with the dumbbells and see how you get on. Again if it's too easy , up that weight and challenge yourself . There is no set limit to what you can do. Up the weight if needed but remember , dont sacrifice form.

If your form starts to slip , drop the weight a little

So grab your dumbbells and a drink and lets get ready to ROCK!!!

These ‘yellow vest’ workouts are amazing- all of them. I especially like the way the first set is always just a little tougher than the second. It really keeps that feeling of momentum going.

These are great. Is the playlist in the order you'd recommend for hitting 1 muscle group per day? I did the shoulder one yesterday, and I'm really struggling with biceps today even with pretty light weight. Thank you!

I came back to this one on 10/19/22, after eating a bunch of junk food, and feeling like I needed to do something about it. Great, quick, pump Grant - thanks for this one! Now I'm going to throw on my sweatshirt and get a chilly 3 mile run in before I call it relax time.

I am so glad there is more on the Biceps, I have a problem with my biceps being flat or narrow.. I would like to increase their roundness.. I see so many people with apple biceps and I have 2D and they have 3D.. How do you increase the roundness.

Hopefully this is not just me and this can be changed.

Good evening love your work outs been following them for some time now.wanted your advice I seem to have one arm way more defined than the other which is odd as it's my right arm which is the smaller and also the dominant one ☹️any ideas to help balance out??

I did the "Beginner friendly" series twice in the past 3 weeks, and I felt I needed more, so I started this one. My shoulders are burning like hell! WOW! In 3 weeks I already see some changes in my biceps. I hope after 8 weeks I can see more results. Is it ok to do these workouts everyday without rest days?

Nice bicep pump for sure. Used 12.5# so maybe next time will go up in weight
