Windows 10 Not Fitting On Screen | How To Fix

Oh my god man, your such a lifesaver. I plugged in my monitor expecting a normal setup, but my screen was super zoomed in, the setting was supposed to be on 1440 x 900, so I reset it and AUGH, you deserve a sub.

Hey i have this problem where some window tabs that are supposed to be small are fullscreened how do i fix it (example: settings window appears fullscreen instead of being smaller so i can see the desktop)

Edit: like i want to use a small window that appears but it makes itself fullscreen and i cant shrink it

See in the extended monitor screen the task bar has fewer apps, but when I extend my laptop screen to monitor task bar on monitor looks same as in laptop, like it duplicated instead of extending, but I can move the mouse pointer across displays though, how to fix it??

Also under "Advanced sizing..." you can go to "Display adapter properties". Under "Intel HD Graphics Control Panel" (name could be different depending on graphics card) tab go to scroll menu and select "Maintain Aspect Ratio".

Well I actually want my customizable resolution I made wider since i use it to play CSGO and after a few weeks on some fiddling my computer, i notice my resolution has black bars after lowering it... i dont want black bars on it since i want the resolution wide with no black bars... any solution?
