People should ask why EU set a price cap at $65-70 /barrel ? There are good reasons, or rather loop holes that ensure that they can still buy Russian oil. Hence it is their way to cover their ego on sanctions but create back channels to support Russia oil revenue.

You are going about this the wrong way - Oil is an essential commodity. Try going to your supermarket and telling the owner "I will only pay $1/ kilo for your chicken".
