Putin 'could end Ukraine war tomorrow', says Kamala Harris | Ukraine-Russia war

Kamala Harris and Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a news conference after meeting at the White House.

She warned that other "would-be aggressors" will be watching what is happening in Ukraine, and must be shown that Mr Putin's actions are not acceptable.

She added that Mr Putin could "end the war tomorrow" if he withdrew his troops from Ukraine.
