Putin Downplays Ukraine Talks, Says Russia Will Continue War

Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed Ukrainian authorities for the failure of peace talks to achieve any progress, while Kyiv has consistently rejected such Kremlin claims. Ukraine has said Putin is using peace talks as a stalling tactic as his forces regroup. Putin spoke during a visit to the Vostochny space launch facility in Russia's Far East.
