Great video!
For my left hip I had both successful sessions which greatly improved how I felt and sessions which flared me up, by doing slant board pistol squats (though unassisted) - any idea why so?

I want to open the back side of my left hip, any idea if I should stay in any specific range doing pistol squats/step ups etc?

(left hip slightly limited in ER and more limited in IR - compared to right side which is OK)
