This is like my favorite cardio to do. It gets you in shape pretty fast if you go hard at it and are consistent with this workout. Plus it's a good sweat!

Sweaty! I did this routine immediately after a strength training & ab routine with Kelli. It definitely left me in a pool of sweat, but it was fun!

I really enjoyed this workout!  I was sweaty and breathless when done.  Arms felt shaky afterwards.  I will put this in favorites.

FB! I loved this work out, I do a work out every day of at least 60 minutes dependant on what was mainly worked the day before. I did this after coming in from a run - and wow and wow it burns. I use all your videos old and new. Much love xx

I did the workout a few ays ago, and got a good cardio workout in. The next morning I was SOOOO sore in my arms, shoulders, chest, and back! I did not expect to be so sore in my upper body, as I do a lot of strength training, but man, this workout killed me the next day! I am officially not sore anymore, so I am doing this again! I hope to feel the same way tomorrow. :)

the 2 shin blocks + knees feel like a type of dance :^) i loved this one it was fun
