Let's really CRUSH this cardio kickboxing and abs workout together! I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I used between 3-25 pound dumbbells so grab light dumbbells that challenge you and grab some water so we can crush this workout together! We will work for 2 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. When the video wasn’t posted at 5, I didn’t use it as an excuse to not workout. I found another cardio and abs and did that instead. Thank you for helping me work on my motivation and discipline. I want to workout everyday!

I was worried when your workout wasn’t posted but I thought “what would Sydney do?” I didn’t let it become an excuse. I found another 40 minute cardio workout and planned on tacking an ab routine on the end but when the workout was finished, I saw yours had posted so I just went for it! 2 40 minute cardio routines later, I’m ready to crush this day double time! I love kickboxing, it get my heart rate up there!!! 14 minutes inzone 5, 17 minutes in zone 4, 351 calories

I really enjoyed this workout. I never did kickboxing before but it was so fun. I always enjoy the workouts that involve abs.
