Let's kick it out today with some cardio and abs!

We are hitting cardio today with kickboxing and some ab work as well! This is a great way to switch up your cardio and get some versatility in the way you are working up a sweat! We are working for 45 seconds today and resting for 15 seconds for 3 rounds through each movement. Make sure to move with intensity today and to work hard in each set of 45 seconds!

I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Short, sweet, and to the point. That was a fun one! I was nuts enough to add 5 lbs. because I don't have 3s. I had to drop them for the seated twists, though. I tried.
