Yes, thank you Mister Jason for your lifelong experience and offering all of us your 30 plus years of effective bodybuilding training direction. I have benefited from the inspiration that you are presenting in the way of really focusing on how the training I'm engaging in...and how the range of motion that is useful to my development alone, not what the person over there is insisting that needs to be implemented for optimum muscular growth and progress.

I find everything works for me. Change is good. Sparks interests in training again. I think intensity is what leads to making gains. If it’s high you’ll make gains

Old guy from fla here.... so for a few years, been cardio training in the morning for about hour each day, by bikin, hikin, swimmin the gulf, or joggin beach..then and hour in gym at nite...personally, ive found i feel better w full body training, 12/15 reps, , 5-8 sets each body part i train that nite..i switch those up frequently. So, i agree! My grankids say.." mountain" now! Peace dude

When I do circuit training I don't notice a lot of muscle gains. But I do notice my stamina goes up like mad for martial arts! Guess it just depends on HOW you do circuit training.

Glad to hear this has your blessing Jason. I intend to switch it up and train this way for a while.

P.S. You were right about Heavy Duty. I got stronger but still plateaued and I got smaller. Back to more volume again.

The best training method is the one you are currently not doing.
Meaning don't do the same thing too long.
Also don't switch things up too often either.

Hello,

This question has nothing to do with your video topic so I apologize in advance.

Do you have any plans to diet down(cut) in the near future? If so, I would love to see maybe a training/diet vlog of your personal progress. Hell, even if you didn't I would love to follow along on a training vlog.

I only ask because you obviously have a lot of muscle mass and I am curious how YOU personally would go about it with your years of bodybuilding knowledge and past history of competing naturally but much like myself have aged quite a bit since that time.

A do a hybrid. I do a full body circuit that takes about 15/20 min. Then I do some standard sets of pushups, hammer curls, and shoulder shrugs, as those are the body parts I want to grow the most (chest, arms, and traps).

So I was walking through the forest and swear I was being stalked. Turned around and saw a sasquatch and just as he was about to beat me senseless Mr G walks out from behind the Mountain and Ole sasquatch takes off running. Then I felt pressed to buy a dozen exercise sticks.

A dogs breakfast of a workout, that's the best way to describe my workouts, I go in for deadlifts & end up doing burpees.

I'm currently doing circuit style training. Like a pull day circuit might be: preacher curl, lat pulldown, shrugs, face pulls, rest. I would do around 6-7 circuits as one workout. It's kind of like a giant set kind of thing, but not necessarily antagonistic or synergistic muscle groups.

I do a 3 day Split 6 Times a week now becouse ... I cant Focus on legs Back biceps all at once ... In my mind i want 1-2 big exercises high Intenstiy and after that im done ..

Not sure if you’ve discussed this before and it’s kinda off topic… but I’m just curious… if a natural bodybuilder got sick and need to be given medicine with steroids… is he still natural?
