This Recipe calls for

Turkey (Cooked & Fried)

Large Bell peppers (Tatashe)

Tomatoes

Scotch bonnet (Atarodo)

Shumbo

Onion

Seasoning Cubes

Curry powder

Dried Thyme

Dried Rosemary

Paprika Powder

Vegetable Oil

In a pot, add vegetable oil heat up and add blended tomatoes and pepper mix. Fry on low to medium heat for 20-30 mins till oil floats
Add stock cubes, salt and leave to fry for 10-15 minutes before adding fried turkey. Leave the stew to fry for another 5-10 minutes before taking of heat.
