Having different shaped containers actually makes it easier to tell what is in the container. Two identical containers with white powder means I have to check the label. But if I know the one in the wide faceted jar is flour and the one in the tall flip top jar is rice flour, I don't actually have to check the label.

Love the tips!! I know asthetic jars and labels make the kitchen looks amazing but not everyone around the world have access and afford such products, in the end many have to resort to buy plastic. So love your tip on mismatch jars look, its affordable and environment friendly.

I just reuse empty yogurt, ice cream, or nuts containers, . it's not ~aesthetic~ but I don't have to spend another penny.

I also hate stickers!! I love the wax pencil idea but I usually use a sharpie or paint pen, which I remove with alcohol or nail polish remover :)

Mismatching jars kills me. That's why I reuse pickle/tomato sauce jars instead 🤙 they all match, they're easy to replace if one breaks, and no waste. You can also paint the jar lids if want them white/gold 🤷🏻‍♀️

As someone who is really in love with the hyper-organization aesthetic of matching containers, I actually really love the eclectic style of just having random glass. It actually really works together design-wise as long as all the glasses are somewhat similar. I love it tysm.

Ziplock works best for me, always perfectly sealed and you can label them super easy, just write directly on the bag!! They take up way less space in pantry!! There are So Many different sizes to choose from, Plus you never have to worry about "mismatched containers", need another one... No problem, I still have a whole box!! 😜😜🤷🏼‍♀️🤣🤣
