72kg May last year pre systolic hypertension pa now 58kg 5'6" height 30yo. Calorie deficit before, now calorie maintenance na to maintain my weight and of course normal BMI @ 21BMI. Normal ECG Result din ngayon. Sarap ng ma maintain ang weight. You can eat all you want in moderation. Caldef Losing weight while not doing exercises just relying on BMR. Thx doc. 😇😇😇

Calorie deficit really works. No need to rush as long as you consume below your required calories. I lost weight with minimum exercise but with a portion eating thru a calorie deficit. More fiber as much as possible.

Hind na nababa

Pag inatake ako ng subra 210/150 bawas na ako sa kanin pero hnd nababa ang timbang ko. Walang nag babago

Nagawa ko na last year from 85kilos down to 71kilos using this coloric deficit kaso di ko na sustain kaya ngayon gagawin ko ulit pro gradually kasi dati binigla ko xa, hopefully pag nakuha ko ulit yung weight na mababa masustain ko na, thanks doc. God bless

Hi doc slamat po dami q natutunan sa inyo..ask q lng po if na consume q n na ang 1200 calories in a day and if mag exercise po b q at nkabwas aq ng 500 calories e pd aq ulit kumain ulit pero 500 calories lng po 😅 hopefully ma sagot slamat po godbless 🙏😊

Thank u doc for explaining the plateau period. Now i am working out 4x a day cardio and strength training. I was 98 kls did a crash diet for a month i lost 3kls but i felt di healthy ung ginawa ko so i signed up for a gym membership

Yung asawa ko Doc. 5'10 pero 103kgs. Siya hindi siya mukhang mataba, meron siyang fats pero marami din siyang toned muscles, Sabi ko magpa consult sa nutritionist kasi mukhang overweight na siya at gusto daw niyang pumayat.
