Back in the seventies, when I was about fourteen, I was privileged to have a no holds barred conversation with one of the survivors of that attack. I wish we had cell phones back then. His descriptions were so vivid that I began to close my eyes, and I could imagine myself being there. It would have been an amazing documentary.

Wow... That is terrifying, I'd have a panic attack if I was in that situation after getting attacked by torpedoes and losing half of the crew. Then, the sharks would get a feast on those poor souls. R.I.P to those who lost their lives that day.
