ANCHOVY BUTTER PASTA 😋 a burst of irresistible flavor! #shorts #asmr #recipe

INGREDIENTS for 2 people:
320g Pasta
80g Butter
5 Anchovies
1 Clove of garlic
A handful of Parsley
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Finely chop a clove of garlic.
In a non-stick pan, add the butter and melt it until it starts to sizzle.
Add the anchovies and let them melt.
Add the chopped garlic and season the butter well without letting it burn.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
Then transfer them to the pan with the flavored butter.
Add some of the cooking water and let the pasta simmer over high heat.
If it becomes too dry during cooking, continue adding water.
Meanwhile, take some parsley and finely chop it.
Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and add the parsley.
Toss the pasta well and plate it, adding the creamy sauce from the pan, and you're done!
