I make this often and its really great! Put the olive oil in after everything else has been processed though, to stop it going bitter.

my god...I made the sauce was a lemony, nutty, delicious mix of you for sharing this I also added a handful of fresh basil, some red chili flakes, and a small toss of capers (in oil) on the was delicious....

anchioves add a great smokey flavor - this sounds great

Add capers and crushed red pepper to those exact same ingredients and you would have a delicious puttanesca sauce.

It doesn't look as creamy as yours but I imagine with some practice I'd get it right. I added crushed red pepper and a little bit of Asiago cheese. It's wonderful!
