Doc, You are one hundred percent correct! I was diagnosed with low T when I was 45 yrs. I started taking 1cc testosterone every two weeks for the last 15 years. now I'm 60 yrs old. First week I felt great and improved my libido, but then the second week was not so great. I have suffered from low libido and acne from high dosage. Since last year, I have changed the dosage to .5cc every week. I feel great! Everyone says I look very young for my age also. I believe testosterone has given me my life back.

This is an awesome video. I am on 200mg/week and great numbers, but in fact I found HCG hugely increased libido, even though it has always been super high. I don't know what it is doing but man, I feel great. I need to sleep more, though. Always been a very short (4-6hr) sleeper... Yet I saw rheumatology last year and I have 0 inflammation markers or anything evident of body dysfunction!


BTW, DOPAMINE!!!!

Also, Vyvanse. But I've been on that for many years for ADHD. unbelievable how much that drug ups libido (amphetamine)

I have been on TRT for 5-6 months or so. I will say this at slightly higher than physiological free test levels that finishing was an issue. ED or motivation were not problem, but sessions would be prolonged past normal levels to the point of being tired and the finish line was not in sight. Estradiol levels were on the higher end. HCG did fix the problem for the most part. (1/2ml every week)

I micro dose Test E 8-10mg every day and my test total is 878 ng/dL. Estradiol is high normal and I take no aromatase inhibitors. I switched to this protocol, because on larger less frequent injections, I was forced to use aromatase inhibitors to keep my estradiol in check.
