I agree with your definition of masculinity, but I'll say this... a masculine man is someone who uses his strength to create a healthy living environment for everyone he touches. Safety, Growth, and success. A toxic man does all those same things to some extent, but only for his own purposes. Selfishness VS Service. That's the difference

I don't believe I'm "masculine" because I have no need to be a savage. Real chivalry has nothing to do with opening a door for someone who can do it themselves. If I'm in front of you and I happen to be the first to the door, of course I'm gonna hold it open because my objective isn't as important as my nature. I hold doors for everyone, I lend a hand to anyone who needs it, and I go about my day without uttering a word of "because I'm a man, woman goes before me". Nope, I just smile and tell whoever walks in to have a good one.
