Starting off on the floor or your bed, ankle pumps, calf stretches, and hamstring stretches help increase the circulation to your legs to help with blood flow.

Another great way to help reduce swelling and fatigue is to use compression stockings, like JOMI compression. They also have a great tool called Measure Up on their site that helps you get the perfect fit without leaving your home.

For some seated and standing exercises, you can do seated leg extensions or long arc quads (LAQ), seated hip flexion, and standing heel/toe raises.

Covid a year ago left me with lung damage and odd body problems related to my lungs. My legs have been swelling up to a huge size to a point that I can't get shoes on or walk. Since it started it has gotten slightly better but they haven't returned to their normal size. My knees are killing me! These videos are 100 times more helpful than any doctor I've been to and that been more than I can count.

I tried these ways and I’m very satisstified . They really works and you can make these ways but not forget to use cold(ice) pack .

I'm very happy to have found you. I just recently started experiencing moderate leg swelling. I have had varicose veins for years. My cardiologist said don't worry about the veins unless they cause pain. The swelling, specially around the ankles, only started recently. I will certainly try your suggestions. Swelling started for me yesterday.. both legs from my knees down are swollen. I've tried everything but it's starting to become painful. I will be talking to my doctor tomorrow. I've loved your YouTube vids.. keep up the great vids

I noticed swelling in both of my legs for few days and I was very much scared that may be it's because of kidney disease. But because of this exercise 70 percent of my swelling reduced. Thanks very much Dr.

My grandmother suffered from her legs and feet swelling much of her life. She always wrapped the foot and lower legs with elastic banding managed fairly well lived to be 94 active all her life. My mother also had similat problems

Thank u doc, i've got an accident last week and my right leg is swollen right now, i have to try this, it gets me frustrated my right leg is bigger than the left leg, but thanks God I can barely walk at the moment, as of now. And i have to recover fast bcoz i will be having my first job next week :^

I do commercial stretches. When watching tv I do different stretches when the commercial comes on. I only pull slightly but for at least 3 to 4 minutes.
More stretches after a run than before. Relax!

Until I can find a doctor this video was a blessing tonight. My l leg swells and behind the leg it hurts. Doing the exercises has help reduce the pain and some swelling thank you
