As I said before, I was diagnosed with COPD and CPAP which sleep apnoea CPAP I stop breathing 7 to 14 and hour, I have to sleep with a mask which is attached to a CPAP machine . So I am fight COPD and CPAP

Kinda simple advice but sucks for me. I never smoked in my life, I got it from covid and pneumonia at the same time.
