if I understand correctly you do push/pull/legs 2 times in a row with no rest in between. Do you also follow this plan during your diet?

Shoulder workout became one of my favorites workout in combination with back workout. I'm going to follow your exact workout next week since I did shoulder yesterday. Thanks for all the knowledge you share with us. It's very expensive I know so I worked as a trainer for many years before social media. After 8 major surgeries including brain surgery and 3 back surgeries with complications and now I'm back in my journey to be fit again. Thank you so much can't thank you enough in the knowledge shared. You rock....

My favorite thing you do with your videos is that you breakdown on how to do the exercise. I consider myself a beginner lifter so sometimes there's certain exercises that I won't attempt just because I'm not sure how and I don't want to injure myself. Thank you for this video, time to go build some Death Star delts 🤙🏻

I have been doing the cable lat Raises, dumbell press, and the face pulls. I have don the db lat Raises and I felt that I was doing work but didn't feel activation. Your insight and coaching on it will help me to try again. I will definitely use the reverse pec deck fly. I know that my shoulders will look much better. Thank you.
