Wow, I’m Irish and Female, I didn’t know I was oppressed.
I put myself through college, paid my own student loans.
Funny I don’t feel oppressed!

Collaboration, encouragement, kindness, support and being genuinely happy when others are also happy is the biggest life lesson you can learn as a person and as a community.

This allows stories like mine, where a young guy from one the UKs most deprived areas, son of a postman father and a factory worker mother ended up with a PhD in software engineering and a 30-year career as an IT consultant via my own software company. I could not have done any of this without the unflinching support of family and friends.

The deprived left-wing areas of the UK are no different than the religious affluent right-wing areas of the US/Canada. Everyone has faith in some way, some to God, some to community, some to moral values but it is very similar.

And at heart they are all good people, the fact you do these podcasts, yes, I know it’s a business but you and most of your guests have genuine empathy. Just like the people of my community

Thanks for sharing.

A Thomas Sowell interview with Jordan would be amazing. Also Thomas Sowell on JRE!

Seeing Jordain Peterson interview Thomas Sowell would be just brilliant.

Saw a comment asking for this, and I just gotta repeat it!

This guy you spoke about at the end, the Bell guy? Sounds like the classic story of "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villian."

JP is as enlightening as ever. He reinforces my belief that all humanity is united by one superior and permanent human color, "blood red."

Cutting to the chase the core issue is not oppression but resentment. The Hawkins model of consciousness places resentment under courage which is the watershed between force and power. The problem is you can't have courageous institutions only courageous individuals

Peterson mostly talks about ideas. His interlocutor mostly talks about people.

"Big-boned." It's okay, Jordan. You can just call a land whale a land whale. No need to be PC. ;)

If you don’t wanna be defined by what you are, instead of who you are, you might not be black?!
(I asked as coworker, “Where’d you get a name like that?
He said, “It’s Arabic..it means ‘light’.”
I replied, “Your mom’s funny.”
He looked confused.
I continued, “…you’re kinda dark to be called light.”
It was a good laugh.)
