IT WORKED!!!! made it hurt more the first few seconds but now i can actually bend my thumb

What about Bunions?
I sprained both my ankles and ten days later, BOTH .. my big toes got bunions.
They want to cut my feet to fix it. I don't believe it's the only solution.
When I'm barefoot, they are good, soon as it got cold and I had to put shoes on, they hurt and I can't wait to take the shoes off.
I use inserts for flat feet. I can't wear shoes without them. And since I got them from podiatrist, my knees don't hurt anymore. Plus I do strengthening exercises for my feet. And dance 3 nights a week for about two hours. Freestyle.
But the toe thing reduced that alot. I hardly went all winter.
I'm learning and adjusting to dancing in flats instead of 2 inch heels. It hurts using muscles differently. So I'm working those muscles. To strengthen them. Slow going.
