There was more of a clicking noise in my right thumb 😐🤔

No crunching or grinding but it is sore but could that be outer use or have I mad it sore my trying to click it

Yeah this just started to happen to me in both hands about 4 months ago. I'm going to try Thunder God Vine. if it doesn't work, I am going to ask my doctor to give me a cortisone injection.

I woke up with thumb pain idk maybe because I applied some pressure in wrong way in my sleep. I do feel pain ofc but I don't feel any grinding
