Thank you so much! I have been in so much pain for about 5 months now and my doctor had X-rays done and said, "No broken bones. It's just arthritis. Park of getting older." 😮 I just turned 51 and I am not handling my 50's very well at all. So to be that insensitive I went home in tears. I had never heard of Texting Thumb before. He sure as hell didn't consider it. But I had a feeling my thumb pain had something to do with my cell phone use (abuse I should say). I will not accept the diagnosis that I'm just getting old so I have to accept it and live with constant pain. Watching this video and doing these exercises gave me some relief for the first time in months. So thank you again, for the relief and the hope that maybe I'm not that far over the hill.

Very helpful. The thumb circles with the band and sharpie rolls gave an excellent stretch. I have thumb problems from doing origami for 12 years. Thank you for your passion of helping people.

I started having thumb joint paint last night, and woke up with it this morning. I didn’t look for your vid, it literally popped up and began playing as I walked carrying my iPad! Now how’s that for AI?! Did all the exercises and it has loosened up. Fortuitous find. Thank you!

Thank you. Years ago I fell asleep reading a very thick book. My husband had a really hard sliding it out from my “death grip”. Ever since I’ve had pain in my thumb and the pad under it. We jokingly refer to this as my “reading injury”, but it’s no joke! I’ll do these exercises religiously.

Thank you for these exercises. My thumb has been hurting for quite a while & they really just say its arthritis, deal with it. It's beginning to make normal things more difficult - removing lids from jars( forget child proof locks...not going to happen; lifting a full kettle or saucepan and so on. These exercises look simple and easy to without a large input of time. Thanks again. 😍
