Doctor recommended washing eyes when you have allergies, to wash off allergens, like pollen. She uses salted clean water

I highly disagree! Sedementation on eyes need to be removed to see clearly. Drs like to preform surgery before eye washing?

Actually the eye cleaning cup is a very good idea, eye use Himalayan salt and water in a shot glass to disinfect every-time they get itchy like once a week

Not true!! Ive used eye wash cups with salt water or with a bit of EYEBRIGHT herbal tincture. So soothing, and cleansing! You need to try it on yourself doc.

Then why do my eyes get goopy under the eyelids and it makes it constantly feel like something is in there. I already have plugs in the bottom inside corners of my eyes from severe dry eye but I do have to splash them with warm water once in awhile to get the crappy feeling to stop. I really hate it.

I have a bad thyroid problem and I’ve lost almost all of my eyelashes and my hair is thinning really bad and my eyes are extremely dry so they constantly itch and I was told to wash my eyes out every day and it would help me in which it has helped me . But after seeing this video I’m confused on what to do and not do and how often to do it ? 🤷‍♀️

I read somewhere that the eye cleans itself using tears. I have been suffering from dry eyes ever since I had Lasik surgery I was wondering if an eyewash similar to the one you referenced is okay to use in my case?
