"step 1: brush your hair
Step 2: rinse your hair"

Me, with my frizzy/curly hair: yeah.. that's not going to work for me

Just wanna clarify, not everyone is going to be able to brush their hair out before showering. For curly, or coily hair it will pull your hair out of your scalp. 💜

I started using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary because my hair was actually quickly falling out due to stress and similar reasons. I was actually simply looking for anything at all to try, and this was advised, therefore I went for it. Inside a few days, I saw noticeably less hair loss when I comb my hair. I additionally noticed where I started getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It did irritate my skin a little right on the forehead hairline, so I apply a band to avoid it from running down as also preserving the head tilted back during application. The irritation went away and has not returned, therefore if your skin is sensitive or simply to be careful, I recommend a hairband to prevent it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so happy with this serum and will keep on to use.

I’d like to finish it:
After rinsing, repeat the shampooing process one more time
After the second shampoo, squeeze out the water in ur hair (just a lil)
Brush in conditioner in sections with your fingers
Wait 2-3 minutes (I usually soap and wash my body during that time)
Rinse out conditioner in luke warm water
At the end of the shower rinse your hair with cold water

Hey i just wanna say with shampoo DO NOT suds it up before putting it on the hair, all you end up doing is giving the illusion that your hair is getting clean and not actually letting the shampoo do any actual work to clean your scalp.

What you actually need to do is part your hair from the middle at the back of your head so that you reveal your scalp lenthwise over your head; then you squeeze shampoo on to your hand and using your other hand take a bit and place it directly on your scalp stating from back to front.
Once you’ve done that take any left over shampoo and place it onto the side area of you're hair and then start massaging thouroughly into you scalp(try to spread it around and do not, i repeat do not use your nails), at this time it likely won't be very sudsy unless your hair is already clean(in which case you shouldn't even be using shampoo).
Once you feel like you massaged properly -- your hands and arms might hurt a bit -- all over your scalp(only your scalp not your mid or ends) you can rinse it out.
You’ll want to repeat this one more time with slightly less shampoo then before and you should notice that once your hair is clean you will have a ton of bubbles all over your hair, at this point you may rinse it out again.

Once this is done add conditioner from the ends to the mids of your hair and try to avoid getting to close to your scalp. (However much conditioner your using, you likely need twice as much). Wait 3-15min max and wash it out.
Congrats you’ve officially washed you're hair!

When you dry it make sure to only pat it dry or gently scrunch it dry and i seriously recommend using some leave in conditioner.
The amount of sprays needed will be different for each hair type(generally i use about 8 sprites, at least 2 directly on the ends of my hair), it helps prevent breakage and will hopefull leave your hair nice and moisturised. Brush through with a wet brush if you have one from the ends of your hair moving up.
(And please, please clean your brushes at least once every 2 weeks if you aren't already. Every time you brush your hair with a dirty brush your just adding old oil and debris from the pevious times you've brushed your hair, even if you have trouble cleaning you're hair, if you keep a clean brush you shouldn't struggle with oil that much).

I struggled with extremely oily hair for around a decade; i could not get through one day without my hair looking greasy and as soon as i started using this method i was able to go at least 3-4 days between shampooing.

This method should work for all hair types and unless you have curly hair you really do not need many different products the only thing i may add to this list is a oil everything else is just marketing (but, by all means if you enjoy using fun products, continue, just be wary of the effects it may have). There was a youtube hairdresser i took advice from, but I'll need to find his channel again; never been happier with my hair though so please try this method and you may find your hair significantly easier to maintain.

For people with frizzy wavy thick hair here’s some tips for y’all

Shampoo by the ends not straight on the ends. Use the conditioner EVERYWHERE. Use a little shampoo and get it under the top of the hair. And for sure use condition and the ends of your hair!
