When i want to use bootrec /fixboot it say access is denied. Why? It have no administrator password.

I have windows 10 and when I got to the command button and typed Bootrec /fixmbr and clicked enter I got this message: "bootrec is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." Please help.

So this works  for me until the attrib c:\boot\bcdbackup. But after this is says ''Path not found - C:\BOOT
