Keto Cheese Flatbread RECIPE

Keto flourless cheesy flatbread! And yes it’s also #paleofriendly, #ketofriendly, #lowcarb, #glutenfree and totally puffy. I don’t think anyone will disagree when I say there’s no better combo than bread and cheese but make it a cheesy flatbread and I can’t stop eating it.

You will need:
🧀 3 eggs
🧀 450 g parmesan
🧀 250 g cream cheese
🧀 25 g of fresh yeast
🧀 2 tablespoons milk
🧀 A handful of poppy seeds

👨🏼‍🍳 Activate your fresh yeast by mixing it with the milk in a bowl. Grate the parmesan cheese. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add in the cream cheese. Pour the activated yeast into the mix. Add and mix the grated parmesan cheese. You can mix it by hand or use the hand mixer to add in air to the batter until puffed up and stiff. Cover with a handkerchief and leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. Spread the batter into 15 small flatbreads and top with poppy seeds. Cover again with the handkerchief and leave to raise for 15 minutes. Put in the oven at 175 degree for 25 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy with butter, ham or any of your favourite toppings. You can even top them with extra grilled and melted parmesan cheese for extra extra cheesiness. 🧀🤤
