converted into grams:
3/4 cup greek yoghurt - 185g
1 cup shredded cheese - 120g
212 celsius in the oven

The recipe from the channel's website:
Beat 3 eggs
Stir in:
¾ cup/185 grams plain Greek yogurt (do NOT use regular yogurt, it is too watery)
1 cup/120 grams mozzarella, shredded
dash salt
dash pepper
¼ tsp Italian season optional
Spread out on approximately 13"x12" baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 415F / 212C for 19-21 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Cut into slices or squares for serving. Tastes great with freshly grated parmesan, feta cheese, and/or melted butter.

FYI to your readers…when I came across your video, it really looked great but I didn’t have yogurt. I decided to use cottage cheese since I wanted to try it out right away, and worked out great as an alternative.

Garlic powder in the mix, and onion powder too, really add to the flavor. Then a good sriracha sauce to taste for additional flavor! Trust me! I was doing this 50 years ago but I was using cast iron skillets and cooking it stovetop. I didn’t know anyone else did this. All my friends thought I was nuts. I kept doing it though.

I used a block of cream cheese, softened 30 seconds in the micro instead of yoghurt. Also used my blender and added an egg because they were small. I threw in a pocket of yeast to see if it would taste like bread instead of egg.
I am happy with my first effort. Its less work than Chaffles and I think its more durable for sandwich and pizza.

I not a person who really cook. When I watched this video I am like why not try it. I got all the ingredients you mentioned. I just tried it and it tasted amazingly nice to me. Thank you for such a simple recipe. I want to learn more to eat healthy.

Ludmila, I just made this (and gobbled the WHOLE thing up) and it was INCREDIBLE. I used sour cream instead of greek yogurt and it worked fine for me. Before serving I brushed it with melted garlic butter (just added garlic powder to melted butter) and holy. freakin. moly. Tasted EXACTLY like pizza restaurant cheesy garlic bread. Wondering if I should stop myself from making this every day, or just give in and enjoy it 😂 thank you!!!

I tried this today! Didn’t have yogurt so I used cottage cheese. Also I didn’t use mozzarella I only had Parmesan. It was amazing! Used it to make some Keto Chalupas. Thank you 🙏

i made this but i used cottage cheese instead of yogurt to see how it turned out... iI also put tablespoon of dried basil and 1 teaspn powdered garlic...turned out great....now I want to make it with the yogurt and compare. thanks for the recipe. and i subscribed also.

This has got to be the easiest thing I ever made
It is delicious and does not taste like egg

Great recipe, If you really want to keep the carbs low, replace the yogurt with full fat kefir and add a few minutes to the cook time. For a middle eastern variant, add some turmeric, coriander and cumin powder, for a Spanish variant add paprika. (Also beat the eggs before adding any salt, if you add the salt before beating the result holds together less well).

I've made your recipe today. I ran everything through my blender and added 2 tablespoons coconut flour. It turned into a nice pizza dough. Thank you for this recipe. It is real easy and tasty.

I am a carnivore but I do enjoy my cheese. There are so many carnivores out. There are so strict that they won't even eat cheese and yet. I still lose my way and feel great.
I am going to definitely give this recipe a try

Thank you so much for this recipe! I tried it this afternoon, added a dash of garlic powder and more mozzarella cheese than what the recipe calls for, baked it for 21 mins., then added my low carb pizza sauce and toppings, in to the oven for another 9 mins at 415 F and Voila! My husband and son asked for a second one and good thing I have all the ingredients. So easy to make, no eggy taste and really delicious! My 8 year old son said we don’t need to buy pizza from our favourite Keto store anymore. Make sure to use a low moisture mozzarella cheese. Again, thank you for sharing this recipe♥️

3 eggs
¾ cup Greek yogurt*
1 cup mozzarella shredded
dash salt
dash pepper
¼ tsp Italian season optional
Preheat oven to 415 °F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk up eggs. Add Greek yogurt and stir together to a smooth batter. Stir in mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
Pour batter onto your lined baking sheet. With a spoon or spatula, spread batter into a thin oval or rectangle of about 13×11 inches. Bake for 19-21 minutes until golden brown.
Let flatbread cool down for 5 minutes. Cut into slices or squares for serving. Tastes great with freshly grated parmesan, feta cheese, and/or melted butter.
