Number one is to quit all dairy.
Dairy causes excess mucous.  & drinking too little water.

I know from experience, once I quit all dairy, my symptoms went away: no more runny nose, post nasal drip, night time wheezing, hacking up phlegm, gas, itchiness, etc.  I tried organic, goat, lactaid... All of them gave me symptoms.

Love seeing yoga that I like to call "for us by us, all welcome" in other words: finally --Desi instructed yoga! I'm an ABD (American born Desi -never confused, though) and yoga here is more culturally appropriated than appreciated, meaning is lost, and the space is not as welcoming or accessible to those who are not a part of the dominant culture; the space and knowledge ends up being very privledge based. A lot of American made videos are very ego-centric and there's a lot of "noise". Thanks for your great and informative video. 💛

Hi the video is great! Just a suggestion which is to not move so quickly from one exercise to the next. You are changing the exercises very quickly which is why it is hard to keep up and enjoy this video with you.
