This is a VERY good interview! It's probably safe to say Kevin never hit a plateau with his training, never repeating the same workout...great advice.

Love Kevin’s routine. I do something similar where I’ll have alternatives to my lifts in case what I want to do is not available. Always keeps the gym fun and learning different movements is invaluable.

Never do more than 2 exercises per bodypart. 1 warm up set and 1 working set to failure. And you will grow.

How many exercises do you do?

i get 3 sets
6 to 10 reps

But you never say if on leg day if you do three exerciese or you six

like on leg day is it
30 second rest

3 exercise a day?
RDL
Calve raise
Squat


or 6 exercises
leg press
machine for hamstrings
machine calf raise
RDL
dumbell squat
farmer carry

etc?
