I’m a surgeon practising in India and I have followed you for over 5 years now.
I started by journey of intentional living after I came across your videos. Lately, I have been wanting to start journaling but I do not know how to begin. I have come back several times to your channel to get ideas and inspiration about journaling. Your videos on journaling may not do well but it brings immense knowledge to us who do look forward to you for help on that subject. Please consider making more journaling videos. Thank you!

I have been feeling so stuck lately and finally was able to put it into words for my therapist. I've been on the same meds for ADHD for around 10 years and the doctor who prescribes them could not care less about me. My therapist suggested it was finally time to see a new doctor and address it - maybe I need antidepressants. For such a long time I thought I knew what I needed and had things under control, but hearing someone else tell me I'm worthy of being legitimately assessed made things click for me. I am worthy of balancing my neurochemicals with meds! I'm not lazy for needing an adjustment to help me function. If you have diabetes, you shouldn't feel unworthy of taking insulin. Things I tell my loved ones all the time but of course, I didn't believe they apply to me. I don't know if anyone else might need to hear this, but it really helped me to hear it from someone else. ❤

For what it's worth, I love your content on journaling and tools for thought. Actually, you are my go-to creator for inspiration on that specific topic because journaling is not something that comes naturally to me, but you are the only content creator I've found who consistently shares journaling tips/thought experiments/prompts that I haven't heard before and that actually get me to shift my mindset. Definitely keep it up, it is valued and appreciated!

One of your videos is what helped me find my journaling technique. You had a video that talked about journaling as a response to questions (and you put some sample questions on screen). I have watched dozens of videos on journaling and none worked for me. After that video I found my 3 questions and I answer them most nights.

You absolutely should do a journaling course because your videos on journaling have been different than any others I have seen. I liked that you offered a short and structured journaling style. Do it

I would be super interested in seeing a video on how you get self aware enough to know that you need to get a tool out like a resistant map, or a mindset journaling etc. I always think that those are great, but when i am in those situations, I never really have the though to do those
