Wow! I never even thought of that! It's not really obvious you could do that. I'm gonna try it!!

I like it but I keep thinking to myself how I would definitely trip over all these cables in real life so I keep the cables overhead haha

I preffer putting the ceiling power connector right above every machines power connector, connect them, and now i can kinda daisy-chain them.

First, I love this. Second, instead of running it across the floor I would terminate it at the end of a bank of machines, then transfer the mains underfloor. Run all of those to a power control room.

Om gosh dude, thats brilliant. Ive done kinda the same but as an over head beam. Gonna start that in 1.0

But its a tripping hazard! Workplace safety doesn’t like to see tripping damage inflicted upon Ficsit property

I like to put the connector under the floor directly under the power connection.
It makes the wire go straight down, often into a foot of the machine. Makes the wire look like part of the machine.

or just use a mk2 power pole to connect 6 machines to something else and never look at it again 🤷

and just like subway tracks, you're electrocuted when you step on it. hehehe. for real though, this is a gorgeous idea.

Huh a neat idea. I do like seeing the lines personally so I either give every machine its own power pole or have them come from the roof directly in line with the power point.

Given I hate power line management this tip will be invaluable. Thank you!

Seems like a safety hazard. I might trip

I just connect power to the sides of the foundation in the floor. Power in the floor is great later with the hover pack as well. Enjoy!

OSSA, I mean FICSIT does not agree with this procedure. Open power lines doubling as triplines are a workplace hazard of epic proportion.

Oh god, let's hope josh doesn't hear about this. It would turn into a horror scene...

take the beam you put on the floor and click on the side and move up, then put a foundation under it. You now have a 0.5 meter drop between the floor and the new foundation. You can not use your trick in this video but all the power lines are under the floor. Use this to move power aorund with no lines even in 2nd story with 1 meter floors.

I run my power under the floor and then bring the connecting wire up through the machine for areas where I want invisible power networks. Power line clip through machines without issue.

Damn I actually really like this idea, and I just unlocked those stubby power connectors too

When i build my production factory i build the smelter on the bottom floor then theres a whole floor barely walkable then send everything up through the floor

I already can't see the wires. Seeing how dark it is until you get lights and silica.😂😂😂😂😂
