Thank you. I am self teaching as a disabled adult who can't access hydrotherapy and can't do front crawl due to arm rotation problems. I've been trying to work on breaststroke and getting passed my fear of drowning I've had since childhood. I can flutter kick with a pool noodle but I want to be able to move without assistance eventually.

I‘ve been struggling with moving forward when doing head over water. After some point I am doing leg movement at the same position and I feel so frustrated.

Does this technique still work for people that are negatively buoyant since they already have issues keeping their legs from sinking and this looks like it will make things worse… is there an adjustment for that?
