Breast stroke is fun. When you nail the kick and feel the result in the glide phase, the first stroke after the turn, off the wall, the full pull, the breakout for the first breath... and kick!

This guidance is well needed. Have been swimming the breast strong wrong for a number of years....truly one of my favorite strokes. Now I can only improve.

I just started swimming the breast stroke. This was a lot of great information! Thank you!

I have been watching dozens of breaststroke videos on getting my coordination down, but I still need to work on getting my feet flexed up to the hips to kick right before the glide. I'm getting frustrated from my lack of coordination after so many attempts. I'll keep working on it though! Great video!

Kindly do a video on how to take out the head for breathing that faster. I've tried everything but I can't get it 😭. It's either my hips will sink or I'll drink water or sink completely 😂

It's funny because I absolutely suck at breaststroke but I am amazing at butterfly. I just can't get that darn breaststroke kick right! Thanks for the help and explanation in the video!!

My mom keeps telling me to kick first so I can float to the top to breath easier but I don't think so. Thanks for clarifying things in this video!

Looking for tips on how natural floaters can do breaststroke. I know what to do with my legs and arms. I have tried just coming out of the water to my chin, and up to my chest, yet my legs stay parallel in the water, they do not sink so my whip kick is not under the water but at surface level and is ineffective.

I have my students glide till their back touches the air. This only happens with a low head position.

Could you give in-depth tutorial on breathing? When to exhale? At the beginning or end of the glide?

In the Netherlands we learn to swim at like 4 years old, but we learn to do the pull/kick at the same time. I struggle to not do those two moves together. Any tips?

Why many say the swimming pool's water will make you lose hair but how come you are still so hairy 😂

When I point my toes to get a better streamline I can get terrible calf cramps. What can I do or is this just because I’m a novice at trying to do proper technique?
