I’ve found that exercise is best to reduce anxiety and panic. Feeling anxious or having a bout of panic? Go for a run! Lift some heavies! By doing so I believe you’re doing EXACTLY what your body is telling you to do in the flight or fight response. I know this video is about supplements but I thought I’d add what has been working for me.

Agmatine and NAC definitely help. I even feel withdrawal effects when i miss my dose which mimic those when i miss my SSRI dose.

Ashwagandha root has also been suggested for anxiety, but I haven't looked into the research yet.

Ahhh I see Martin thank you for sending me this. Here's a thought I wonder if it's possible that because vitamins have never been in a routine blood test atleast here in the united states, that doctors would hear symptoms and simply right depression anxiety medications instead of doing panel on vitamins. Now with what we know with anxiety once you experience that feeling it is more then likely individuals will feel that way again... because like a switch once it's turned on its almost impossible to turn off.
Not to mention the lasting side effects from ssri's, do they help numb the pain sure... do they also just put a bandaid over the real issue I went for 4 years on sertraline gained 90 lbs I have been off for 7 months, I have lost 50 of the lbs already not changing diet or anything ... im just curious once ur on the medication if you ever can go back to normal or if maybe curing the original problem which very well could be a severe vitamin deficiency right in the beginning could have fixed it maybe with no lasting effects... only time will tell your thoughts Martin sorry I know it's alot haha
