Once starting using a DVD or USB device, select the “Repair your computer” option located at the lower-left corner.
Choose “Command prompt“.
At the command prompt, type the following, then press “Enter“:
chkdsk /r c:
If your bootable drive is a letter other than “C”, replace “c:” with the bootable drive letter you use.
Select “Y” for yes on the question regarding checking the disk the next time the system restarts.
Restart the system. Be patient while chkdsk checks your drive for errors. It could take a really long time.

Anyone know how to fix this error ?

* I dont have restore points
* sfc/scan now doesn't work
* Automatic repair couldn't repair
* rebuild bcd ... doesn't work
* Even resetting the pc by reinstalling the OS with cloud download doesn't work, it came upto 80% in the download progress and i left it alone for sometime to download and i didn't notice the rest and when i checked the screen it showed the advanced option menu again so i thought it would have been completed and i clicked continue and i got the same blue screen again.
