Buy windows they say it is the best they say. Had macs for 15 years and not one problem buy a Microsoft laptop and within two weeks I get the blue screen. I have had Microsoft in the past and they just give me constant trouble.

In my case step 3 works. F1 key is the my reset key and thank god windows 11 was genuine and I found my bit locker recevoery keys from Microsoft account 😅
