I think the advantage of the fly over a press is that it doesn’t require the tricep, isolating the chest.

Thanks! So basically the right movement really looks like a chest-press if you think about it?! Damn I did it the other way around (bended arms going forward, straight arms backward), thx for fixing this, gonna try it today!
