Here are some strong builds for the Ninja in Final Fantasy Tactics.
I also include arguably the best build I made for it back in the day. The Ninja is never a bad choice if you want a fast and strong character.

When home Tactics and Castlevania came out on the PsP. I bought both and circulated them..

Jump Ninja is my favorite. It is like an ICBM. So stupidly strong even with the low end spear.

Ninjas should still use Geomancer skills. Lighter armor means more MP and less HP as well.

Great builds! The jump ninja always reminded me of doing a rolling izuna drop lmao. The sword spirit one is really good too, especially on a female ninja with 2 Rune Blades lmao.

Never tried a jump ninja, but it sounds like fun, may have to give it a shot.

You can further boost a female ninja's invincibility with equip shields. Have them function as a throw/support role and they will stay alive for a LOT longer than most other party members.

Ninjas were always one of my favorite job classes, along with Monks, Summoners, and Geomancers 😁. An ideal team for me would always be female ninja, male monk, female summoner, and male geomancer 😄.

My favourite Ninja build from this list is jumping Ninja. I love it when you don't even move and yet dish out insane amounts of damage.

I wonder if the ninja is equipped with a bow. With Jump +3 is it good and safe enough for the ninja to double attack using bows and throw stuff from above.

The double chance at breaking gear is something I didnt know. Does it work with Concentration?
