Dude I used 10g creatine a day for 1 or 2 years and it took me 2 years to clear it out of my system during the lockdowns.. how do I know? I kept getting cramps for 2 years even drinking enough water. When I was on it I used to drink a load of water and pee like a horse and still get cramps, it was too much creatine but it really took 2 years and change to clear out my system. 😖😖
