01:19 Olive oil- S -- I buy Organic Biodynamically Grown Pitted Kalamara Olives all the time
01:34 Flaxseed oil- A -- Have bags of these on hand because they are high in Fiber, VERY HIGH
02:28 Sorghum flour- A -- Just purchased this 3 weeks ago along with Millet
02:59 Coconut flour- S -- I have been buying this for 10+ years
05:44 Radishes- S -- Will start buying these again for salads
10:26 Walnuts- B -- I have to watch out for these as if I eat them with something awfully tasty I will eat too much
10:57 Pistachios- A -- Never liked these but may give them a 2nd look
11:37 Allulose- S -- Just bought a 3 pound bag
13:16 Mushrooms- A -- ALWAYS am buying these
14:10 Light Tuna- B -- Watch out for those larger fish that could be contaminated with Mercury. I get Sardines and WILD CAUGHT Salmon

I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

It's amazing how right on Dr. Gundry is about things. The fact that he still sees patients and is always testing their blood and improving his program and information via these videos and his books is wonderfully refreshing. On my next shopping trip I am hoping to find some flax milk!

Another good thing about radishes is that they are cruciferous vegetables, members of the Brassicaceae family. In fact, the compound sulforaphane (and its precursor, glucoraphanin) take their name from the Latin term for radish: Raphanus sativus.

Great report and review. My wife and I both drink a smoothie each morning. We use your Proplant Complete Shake Mix chocolate flavor, plus walnuts, kale or spinach greens, ginger root, blueberries, cinnamon, turmeric, some coconut, olive oil, pomegranate juice, avocado, carrot, sorry the liquid added is regular milk.
