Thanks! You gave a perfect description of what happened to me. Was playing tennis, I jumped for a shot and then experienced a sudden "gunshot" pain the middle of my arch with significant bruising showing soon afterwards.

Since I don't currently have insurance, I am wearing a Copper Fit Plus arch support and walking on the outside (pinky toe) side of the foot.

I started a job recently where I stand for a full 8 hours. The pain in my feet is in my arch, heel and the bone right above my arch (not the ankle bone) it’s so bad that when I get off I am bed ridden the rest of the day.
