Do This Foam Roller Routine Before + After Every Workout

Показать описание
You heard the lady. Do this foam rolling routine before AND after each workout.
According to the National Academy of Sports Medicine, it's important to perform self-myofascial release (ie: foam-rolling) before and after every workout. Foam-rolling can be integral to injury prevention, increasing blood flow, decreasing soft-tissue density, and relaxing tight muscles. It also can increase flexibility.
If you have any muscles that are particularly sore, tender, or tight, spend at least 30 seconds holding the foam roller in that area until the discomfort starts to subside.
