Nice, I've been foam rolling for a while now 2 or 3 times a week. Usually before squats and deadlifts. Feels good lol

What can I do when I have shoulder pain on my right shoulder when doing one arm dumbell Extension for triceps, like I can't go down bc it hurts

It can help with posture. I know a lady who is a massage therapist, and one of her clients that she suggeated foam rolling to, is getting a lot of improvement to her neck hump.

In my experience its good for those who have extremely tight muscles and nasty trigger points.
