Super Moist Delicious Red Velvet Slice Cake With Cream cheese Frosting Recipe

Red velvet cake

1&1/2 cup sugar | 330gram gula pasir
1 cup corn oil | 250 ml minyak jagung
1 tsp instant coffee | 1 sk serbuk kopi
1/2 cup hot water | 120 ml air panas
2 eggs | 2 telur
135 gram plain yogurt | 135 gram yogurt asli
1 tbsp red food colouring | 1 sb pewarna merah
1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 sk garam
1 tsp lemon juice | 1 sk jus lemon
2 cups all purpose flour | 320 gram tepung gandum
2 tbsp cocoa powder | 15 gram serbuk koko

Cream cheese frosting

200 gram soft cream cheese | 200 gram krim keju suhu bilik
50 gram soft salted butter | 50 gram mentega bergaram suhu bilik
1/4 cup shifted icing sugar | 50 gram gula aising yang sudah diayak
1 tsp lemon juice | 1 sk jus lemon

Bake in preheated 160'C oven for 55 minutes
Using 8 inch square baking pan | loyang ukuran 20X20 cm
