Eggs have a ton of nutrients in them that we need. We’ve been told wrong stuff for years. I eat 3 eggs a day.

Absolutely 💯 on this one. Grass fed beef, pastured eggs, organic veg, grass fed dairy, wild caught ( never farmed) fish, it’s a great way to eat.

When I moved to China, one thing that surprised me is that gluten is an actual ingredient, a very popular one. Instead of going gluten-free, they isolate gluten from flour and straight-up use it as the protein source of meals. They’re the slimmest, most wrinkle-free society I’ve seen.

Its actually more economical for me to eati this way. I eat eggs, wild caught salmon and cod, grass fed organic beef. I look for labels that say glyphosate free and organic vegetables. Making my own food at home and not in restaurants has saved me money.

FYI the picture for #2 shows pulses, which don’t contain gluten. Only cereal grains contain gluten.

One grain that is excellent and does not contain gluten (and is probably not GMO because they haven't bothered to modify it - yet) is buckwheat, also known as kasha. It's full of fiber and nutrients, and I highly suggest trying it! Otherwise, I totally agree with you. Anything that isn't processed, or has very little processing is great. Plus, no simple carbs.
